Six exams. One subscription.

Practice that never repeats, marked in seconds.

IELTS, TOEFL iBT, PTE Academic, the Duolingo English Test, and GRE & GMAT Verbal — all of them on one plan. Every question is generated for your attempt, so there is no answer key to memorise and no paper you have already sat. Write an essay or record an answer and you get the band back with the reason for it, not a number on its own.

No ads, ever Never the same paper twice Writing & speaking marked instantly

One subscription, every exam

Most prep tools sell you one test. If you are still deciding which to sit — or you sit one and need another for a different country — you buy again. Here you do not.

IELTS

Academic and General Training. Reading, Listening, Writing Task 1 and Task 2, and all three Speaking parts. Task 1 Academic includes real charts, described below.

TOEFL iBT

Reading, Listening, all four Speaking tasks including the integrated ones, and both Writing tasks.

PTE Academic

Reading, Listening, Speaking and Writing, with the item types scored the way PTE scores them.

Duolingo English Test

The adaptive item types, and a difficulty that follows how you are actually doing rather than a fixed level.

GRE Verbal

Text completion, sentence equivalence and reading comprehension, as a timed section rather than loose questions.

GMAT Verbal

Critical reasoning, reading comprehension and sentence correction, again as a section under one clock.

The band, and the reason for it

A score with no explanation tells you where you are and nothing about how to move. Every piece of marking here comes with the working.

Writing, marked in seconds

Every official criterion scored separately, each with the sentence from your own essay that earned it. Unlimited on a paid plan — not two a month.

Speaking, marked in seconds

Record your answer and get fluency, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation back with what to change. No waiting for a human rater and no appointment.

Mistakes your first language causes

Marking knows the errors speakers of your language typically make and names them specifically. 60 first languages, and it changes what the feedback says.

Every wrong answer explained

Reading and Listening show the sentence in the passage that proves the right answer, and why each wrong option is wrong. Free plan included.

Three things a practice book cannot do

Not because they are clever, but because they need something a book does not have: your record, and the data behind the question.

Across your whole record

Which question type keeps costing you marks

A candidate stuck at 6.5 has usually done dozens of tests. More tests is rarely the problem — nobody having told them what is actually wrong is. Every paper you sit adds to one diagnosis, so it gets sharper the longer you use it.

Six exams, one comparison

Which test you would score highest on

The exams reward different things. Because your practice sits in one place, they can be compared honestly — so if you have a choice of which to sit, you can make it on evidence instead of on a forum post.

IELTS Academic Task 1: real charts, not pictures of charts

Task 1 is "describe this figure". Our figures are generated as data and drawn from it, which means the peak, the crossover, the biggest change and the dominant share are arithmetic rather than opinion. So your answer is not marked on a general impression of coverage — it is checked against each feature that is actually in the chart, and you are told precisely which one you did not mention.

How it works

1. Pick your exam

On the free plan you choose one and can change it every 30 days. On a paid plan all six are open at once.

2. Practise a section, or sit a full paper

Drill one part when you have twenty minutes, or sit a whole timed paper when you want a band that means something. Full papers are on the paid plan.

3. Get it back with the working

Scores, the evidence for every answer, and what to fix. Everything you sit stays in your library to sit again.

4. Follow the weakness, not the calendar

The picker offers your weakest question type first, so practice goes where the marks are rather than where the syllabus is.

Questions, answered

Are these real past papers?

No, and deliberately not. Every question is generated for your attempt. That means we are not reproducing anyone else's copyrighted material, and it means there is no answer key circulating for the paper you are about to sit — which is the thing that makes a practice score worth trusting.

How accurate is the marking?

It is an estimate, and we say so on every result. It is built against the published band descriptors and gives you the criterion scores and the evidence, so you can check the reasoning rather than take a number on faith. It is not an official score and no practice tool can give you one.

Will I ever get the same test twice?

Not unless you ask for it. Practice you have already sat is excluded from what you are served next, and everything you finish stays in your library so you can deliberately redo it. A redone paper never changes your band — you have already seen the answers.

Do I need a card to start?

No. The free plan needs an email address and nothing else, and it does not expire. A card is only needed if you start the 7-day free trial on the monthly plan.

How many devices can I use?

Two — your laptop and your phone, say. Each browser counts separately, so Chrome and Edge on the same laptop are two. If you sign in on a third we ask first, and tell you which one would be signed out.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — see Refunds & Cancellation. Billing is handled by Lemon Squeezy, who are the merchant of record and issue the invoice.
